Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jumpshock purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns Eligibility

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Size Issues: If you ordered the wrong size, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Unhygienic Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn or tried on. Please ensure that the items are in their original, unworn condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed.
